NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. TIMING: Cline Avenue Bridge, LLC (“Sponsor”) Chicago Bears Tickets Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on October 1, 2026, and eligibility is open until October 31, 2026, at 11:59:00 p.m. Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
2. HOW TO ENTER: There is one (1) way to enter: scan the official Sweepstakes QR code (available at Sponsor toll facilities and on Sponsor’s website) and complete the entry form with your full name, address, phone number, email address, and transponder number to register your transponder number for the Sweepstakes. Registration must be completed and submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries are earned based on the number of toll trips completed by a registered transponder number, as recorded in Sponsor’s toll system, during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) entry will be credited to a registered transponder number upon completion of ten (10) toll trips during the Sweepstakes Period, and one (1) additional entry will be credited for each toll trip completed by that transponder number during the Sweepstakes Period thereafter in excess of that ten (10) trip threshold. No entries will be credited for toll trips completed before a transponder number is registered or outside the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) registration per transponder number; duplicate registrations submitted for the same transponder number will be disqualified. Entries credited per transponder number are calculated solely as described above and are not increased by additional or duplicate registration submissions.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license at the time of entry and subject to the exclusions listed in paragraph 3A. The toll account associated with the transponder number provided must be deemed in good-standing to be eligible for the Grand Prize.
3A. EXCLUSIONS: This Sweepstakes is not open to employees, officers, directors and agents of the Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize partners, representatives, wholesalers, distributors, printers, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and members of the immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and households of each, whether related or not related.
Non-Revenue, Pay-by-Mail, and all Commercial account-types are also excluded from eligibility.
Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
4. DRAWINGS: A random drawing for the Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) will take place on November 3, 2026. The drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility. After validation, the Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone and must sign and return any required Affidavit and Release within three (3) calendar days or the prize will be forfeited. Winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the Winner is the authorized account holder of the toll account associated with the transponder number provided on the winning entry. If an account holder cannot be identified, the entry will be deemed ineligible. If any Winner cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the Affidavit and Release within the required period, or any prize is not properly claimed or accepted, the Winner forfeits the prize, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of e-mail address, mailing address and/or telephone number of the entrants.
5. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARVs”): A total of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, to a randomly selected Winner. The Winner receives two (2) tickets to the November 22, 2026 Chicago Bears home game at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL, plus one (1) parking pass. Approximate retail value for the Grand Prize is $1,000.00. If applicable, the Sponsor will issue an IRS-1099 form for the ARV value of the prize. No substitutions, cash redemptions, or transfers of prizes permitted by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the responsibility of Winner.
6. RELEASE: By participating, participants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters. By participating, participants agree to release and hold Sponsor and/or Promotion Parties harmless against any and all claims and liability arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or misuse of any prize.
7. GENERAL RULES: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and their designees to use Winner’s name, likeness and biographical information for advertising and marketing and other purposes in all media now and hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and/or Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries; or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or for any errors, problems or malfunctions of any kind whether caused by computer, network, technical, mechanical, printing, typographical, or by any human error or otherwise which may occur in the programming of this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors, problems or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor and/or Promotion Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and/or Promotion Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or scanning the QR code, downloading materials from, or use of the web site. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or technical difficulties compromise the integrity, security or proper entry of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prizes in a random drawing using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time of termination or in a manner otherwise deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning participant, the authorized account holder of the toll account associated with the transponder number used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person listed as the Primary Contact on the toll account. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible sweepstakes entries.
8. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the federal, state or local courts located in East Chicago, Indiana. (2) all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
9. WINNER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: If you are chosen as the Winner, your name, city and state may be included in a publicly available Winner list.
10. WINNER LIST: The name of the Winner, available after November 3, 2026, will be published on the Sponsor’s website, www.clineavenuebridge.com.
