Position Summary
UBP is sourcing a temporary local salesperson to assist in daily sales and collections efforts at our Cline Avenue and
Houbolt Road assets.

General Duties

• 20-30 Face to face or phone calls per day delivering 1-2 key messages (bridge time & mileage savings,
  reliability, etc.)
• Executing pre-planned community events.
• Company research to access correct company contacts.
• Collections and sales/business development support.
• Administrative work including data entry, updating his/her market activity, results, and additional local team support.

Skillset/Qualifications

• Hard Working, reliable, punctual, clear communicator, Microsoft Office Suite with solid Excel skills, and ability to engage customers and the community.

Additional Information

• This position is an on-site position in either East Chicago, IN or Joliet, IL and will support both assets.
• This is a part-time position at a rate of $15 per hour.
